Warranty items are restricted to mechanical and structural failures. Maintenance matters that are the responsibility of the homeowner will not be considered. For emergency repairs, such as plumbing leaks or lack of heating during winter, please call the appropriate contractor as listed on your subcontractors list (located in your Warranty Manual).
