Given the unprecedented circumstances we are all facing due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you to know that nothing is more important to us at Ryder Homes than the health and safety of our customers, employees, and our trade partners.
Here are the steps we are taking now to help stop the spread of the virus:
Construction at our sites will continue, but we are taking additional precautions to ensure a safe work environment. We are also working closely with our trade partners to ensure health and safety protocols are stringently followed.
Both our title and lending partners have significantly reduced their in-office staff, but the remainder of their teams continue to operate remotely. The County Recorder’s office is also still open, so we will continue to close escrows as planned during this time until further notice.
We are reducing our Walk-Through Orientation process from two appointments to a single Orientation on the same day as your scheduled closing date. If you are unable to attend, you will have the option to waive your Orientation and close as schedule (Please Note: Waiving your Orientation does not impact your Builder Warranty). Additionally, only the actual homebuyer(s) may attend the Orientation.
Warranty service appointments will be limited to requests that pose an immediate health or safety emergency. All other warranty requests not currently in-process will be delayed for at least the next 30-days.
Thank you for your patience and trust in Ryder Homes as we navigate this evolving and challenging situation. We will continue to keep you updated, and like you, we are looking forward to returning to our normal operations as soon as it is safe to do so. Until then, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your Ryder sales representative for more information.
