This program includes a traditional walk-through before closing escrow and an additional review opportunity 60 days after the buyers have settled into their new home. This approach allows homeowners to thoroughly identify any items that need adjustment, enabling Ryder Homes to provide comprehensive and unobtrusive customer care.
