As residents and construction teams all around Northern California brace for what has been promised to be one of the biggest storms to hit the area in past 6 years, the team at Ryder Homes is overly prepared.  With over 55 years of experience building in some of the harshest conditions - this isn't our first rodeo.  

At our current pace, our team is about a week ahead of schedule.  As of today, we are projecting to have our first homes ready around the beginning of April.  However, this is just an estimate at this time and is subject to change - so don't quote us just yet.  

If everything continues to roll as expected, we are planning to start the qualification process with our preferred lender, Kent Donahue at Compass Mortgage Advisors, after the New Year, and then release our first group of townhomes towards the end of January.  We have not finalized the pricing for the our first release yet, but we are anticipating it to start in the high $600's.  However, we're close, and we will make sure and notify everyone who has registered shortly after the New Year.  So please make sure and join our interest list so that you're the first to know as we make more information available.
