Yarberry Lane, Ryder Homes newest Petaluma, CA community is under construction and on-target to complete the 2 model homes this coming April 2015.  With 21 total homes in the community, Yarberry Lane will feature an on-site sales office and a Plan 1 and Plan 3 model with regular operating hours for your convenience.  However, we will be releasing our first homes for sale towards the end of January 2015 to provide our first homeowners with plenty of time to customize their new home.  

Financing at Yarberry Lane will be provided by Compass Mortgage and Kent Donahue.  We are encouraging all interested buyers to get pre qualified with Kent to secure their spot on the Priority Buyers List.  The Priority Buyers List is first come, first serve - meaning the first buyers to get pre qualified will also have the highest priority for selecting their home from the Lots we have made available.  

Which Lots will be included in the first release and the Base Pricing has not been finalized yet, but we plan on making this information available shortly after the New Year.
