While the latest system of storms has soaked California, our team is patiently waiting for a break in the weather so that we can get things rolling again at our newest Novato, CA community, Walnut Meadow.
The good news is that our team was able to make some significant progress on the model home, which we are anticipating having completed this coming Spring 2015. However, our first release of homes is unavoidably behind schedule by a slight margin at this point. It's still early on in the game, so we will have to wait and see what hand Mother Nature deals us in the coming months.
Our plan is to reassess our progress and estimated timelines after the New Year, and then we'll be able to provide more accurate information to our interest list regarding our first release of homes. However, we do not anticipate taking deposit of any of the Lots any earlier than February 2015.
