Our team here at Ryder Homes has been working overtime, and we are getting closer to completing our Show Home on Lot 11 at Walnut Meadow.  Currently, our construction team is estimating a June completion date, but we could not wait that long to release our first group of 4 production lots! 

Our build time at Walnut Meadow for each home will be around 6 months, notwithstanding any unforeseen slowdowns.  That being the case, we will be releasing Lots 7, 8 , 9 and 10 on May 9th, 2015 so that our first new homeowners will have plenty of time to make their option and upgrade selections with the assistance of our Design Center professionals.  This way the construction process can keep rolling so that your dream home will be delivered on-time.
