Thanks to our construction teams hard-work and tenacity, we are very excited to have all cylinders firing and our first homes on track to be completed towards the end of this coming June.  

Now that we are getting closer, we will be holding an "Information Session" on May 2nd, 2015 from 12pm to 3pm at Havana Restaurant located in downtown Walnut Creek at 1516 Bonanza Street and a site tours at Overlook from 11am to 4pm on Sunday, May 3rd.

At the Information Session there will be renderings, plans, and representatives available to help you get better acquainted with the homes at Overlook.  We will also have an array of delicious tapas and beverages, and attendees are welcome to join us anytime between 12pm and 3pm.  We will be opening the construction site for you to tour at your convenience on Sunday from 11am to 4pm.  

In order to purchase a new home at Overlook you will need to be on the "Priority List", and to secure your spot on the Priority List you must have been pre-approved by Kent Donahue and his team at Compass Mortgage (CLICK HERE TO GET APPLY NOW).  You do not have to finance your purchase at Overlook through Compass, but you must be pre-approved by them.
