After careful consideration, Ryder Homes has decided to accept offers on all 7 homes at Overlook.  Offers will not be accepted until after the Information Session on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015, which will be held at Havana Restaurant located 1516 Bonanza Street in downtown Walnut Creek from 12pm to 3pm.  There will also be a site tour held the next day, Sunday, May 3rd from 11am to 4pm.  

The team at Ryder Homes has also picked up the pace of construction on Units 5, 6, and 7, which should be ready for move-in towards the end this coming June/beginning of July.  Previously Units 1-4 looked like they would be the first to be completed, but that does not appear to be the case any longer, with these Units now expected to be completed about 45 days after Units 5-7 (i.e. towards the end of August).

Prices on our first homes will be made available online Thursday, April 16th.  So please make sure and check the WEBSITE, or Register For More Information to receive an email notice with all of the prices.   

In order to purchase a new home at Overlook you must be pre-approved by our preferred lender, Compass Mortgage (APPLY NOW HERE).  Pre-Approval through Compass will get you on our Priority List, which qualify you to submit an offer to purchase a new home at Overlook after the Information Session on May 2nd, 2015.  Although we highly recommend you do, you are not required to finance your purchase with Compass, but you must be pre-approved by them.
