Recently our team at Ryder Homes attended the much anticipated Builders Association of Northern Nevada (BANN-ER) Awards ceremony in Reno, NV.  In true tradition the event was presented wonderfully and with class.  The evening brought together industry leaders and industry professionals from the Northern Nevada area to celebrate each other’s hard work, craftsmanship, and desire to improve the housing industry in our local communities.

It was an especially exciting night for Ryder Homes as our entire team along with our industry peers joined in the welcoming of our very own Steve Thomsen as the new 2017 President of the Builders Association of Northern Nevada.  Steve first joined Ryder Homes in 1997 as a Sales Associate and is now the acting Nevada General Manager.  We are proud to have him on our team and know that he will be a great asset as the President of the Builders Association of Northern Nevada (BANN).

As a night cap, and a much appreciated symbol of our dedication to the craft and our community, Ryder Homes received the following awards in the Private Builder category:

• Best New Home Community - Shadow Ridge.
• Best Interior Design Production Home – Ventana, Essence.
• Best New Production Home – Attached Under $325K – Ventana, Reflection.

We would like to take this time to thank everyone who made this all possible, which includes all of the Northern Nevada Community, our Industry Partners, and our incredible Team here at Ryder Homes.  As 2017 quickly approaches we continue to strive to make it another year of big achievements and award winning developments.
