Friday's Groundbreaking Ceremony for The Village South Appartments was a big success. We were happy to see such a great turnout and would like to thank Councilwoman Duerr, Councilman Deglado and Assemblywoman Tolles for attending this exciting event.

160 units are already under lease, and the rest are expected to be spoken for within the next three months. Some buildings are still under construction. The complex will have 243 total units when it is completely finished, next summer. The higher-end apartments range in price from $1,100 for a one-bedroom unit to almost $2,000 for three bedrooms.

The complex features resort-style amenities, such as a fitness center and yoga studio, a heated pool and spa, multiple outdoor kitchens, fire pits and entertainment spaces.

"We designed The Village South to accommodate a diversity of lifestyles from single professionals to young families," said Steve Thomsen, general manager of Ryder Homes." The apartments are spacious, surrounded by open spaces and walking trails along with a fitness center and a beautiful heated pool."
